Caroline Stocks
Caroline keeps the place together in her role as Office Manager. Her early morning brews ensure every day gets off to the right start. Her other life is spent falling off mountain bikes, and the dance floor is always the worse for wear after she hits it - nobody puts Caroline in the corner.

Isabel Gonzalez De Payne
While working for a notable practice in her homeland of Peru, Isabel was whisked away to this small island by her husband, an Englishman. She loves a good dance and a quality bit of electronica. Among the top ten things she misses about Peru are the food, the weather, the beaches and, of course, Pisco Sours.

Oliver Beasley
Ollie has recently broken the back of his Architectural Design and Technology degree, and is developing a passion for saving the planet through the use of sustainable technologies. He spends the first Friday of every month checking out classic American cars in Preston. (We're not sure what his 'Green' views are on Big-block V8s').

Adam Scott
Ads has been at the practice longer than almost anybody and, in fact, most of the furniture. His time is spent darting between the office and jobs on site, acquiring him a refined knowledge of the English motorway network. At home he receives regular life coaching from his two sons, aged three years and six months.

Mick Goode
Mick’s dreams were fulfilled on setting up the practice with David Croft in 1994. Whilst thinking he’s the Boss at work, he is Tom Finney of his beloved PNE at home, falling into the no.7 shirt behind his wife, four children and a rescued greyhound. He’s been running six days out of seven for as long as he can remember, and he still hasn’t got to where he’s going…

David Croft
Dave is the practice’s Renaissance Man with 30 years experience in private architectural practice. Together with Mick Goode, he formed the practice in 1994 as Technical Director, a role he currently occupies. He can often be spotted navigating the Lake District’s many fells when not in his seat at Preston North End or spending time with his two teenage daughters.

Sam Stalker
At the age of sixteen Sam gave up his last school summer holiday to start at the practice and has been here ever since. Subsequent summers have been spent touring the European festival scene where he indulges his love of the guitar and all things musical.

Neil Anyon
For many years Neil has been in search of the accolade that will make his name: the 40lb English carp. For this he’ll need the help of his two wonderful sons, who can be found frequently demolishing him on the Xbox. Nez has been practising his craft here since 2003.

John Bridge
As well as completing his degree in architectural technology and studying one day a week for his Part 2, JB is the office IT whizz. He has a thing for curves and pursues a keen interest in the world of parametrics and nanotechnology. He is the practice’s all action hero and could happily kickbox his way through life’s many challenges.

Mike Stewart
Mike has over two decades experience in social housing and healthcare in the North West. He's passionate about photography, the old school way, when it was all black and white on film. His grandson keeps him on his toes with weekly runs and work-outs on the football pitch.

Gayle Barber
Gayle came bouncing in through the door straight out of high school in 2008. She splits her time between progressing schemes through planning stage and studying for an Architectural Technology degree at UCLan; a true all rounder. Gayle loves trips abroad, particularly ones spent on skis or attached to a snorkel.

Hannah Dewhurst
Hannah's been keeping the place organised and ship shape for the last four years. She'll soon be teaching her young daughter the fine art of horseriding, a passion of hers. She treasures time with family and friends and the occasional knees up with her colleagues.

Steve Wharton
Steve is nearing a decade at the practice, during which time he has honed a ninja-like skill for preparing residential schemes. At 6 foot something he is Blackpool’s original “Tower of Power”. He has an affinity for the finer things: golf, cars and Sandwiches of the Day.

Chris Blake
As a teen Chris moved up north from the sunny South, met the love of his life and is now trapped up here. His evenings are spent getting lost in the fantasy world of film and pondering the mysteries of the universe with his two year old son.
email: chris@croftgoode.co.uk

Chris Homer
Chris is the practice’s newest member, joining us towards the end of 2009. In his short spell he has sent tremors through the place with the introduction of new design software coupled his unfathomable technical knowledge both in an out of construction. In his spare time, when he is not remotely logged into his work PC, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 18 month old son.

Danielle Woodhouse
Danielle’s is the resplendent voice you’ll first hear on the other end of the phone. She’s a true performer who, when not showcasing her talent on stage, is practising steps under her desk. Her laugh has been bringing sunshine to the office since 2009.
Darren Kendrick
Darren gets stuck into the practice’s numerous healthcare projects. During twenty years in the business, he’s bridged the transition from drawing board to computer aided design. His passion for organising grand golfing holidays is topped only by that for his family.
