What we do
We bring flair, creativity and enthusiasm to our work in a way that engages clients in the design of comprehensive architectural solutions.
This relationship-based approach, combined with extensive experience of designing a wide range of building types means we consistently deliver projects efficiently and cost-effectively, from inception to completion.
Leading-edge software enables us to produce three-dimensional visualisation of new build schemes and alterations to existing building. This technology often proves valuable in obtaining planning consent, as well as for sales and marketing activities.
Our full architectural service offer includes:
- Feasibility studies

- Handling planning and building regulation applications
- Detailed production information
- Liaising with building contractors
- Managing building contracts for our clients through to completion

Sustainability
We are strongly committed to sustainability in architecture and incorporate the latest low carbon technology and materials in all our designs.
Our impressive credentials in sustainable design are underpinned by numerous low-carbon projects in sectors as diverse as commercial development and social housing.
We have pioneered sustainable construction projects with super-efficient facilities, such as rainwater harvesting and ‘A’ rated heating systems. We also include sustainable materials wherever possible, for example reclaimed timbers and recycled plastic fittings.
In the sustainable homes sector, we have been involved a number of schemes featuring photovoltaic roof panels, heat exchange units, energy-efficient boilers, and rainwater harvesting systems.
We designed the first eco-homes in the North West to meet level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes – just one level short of a zero-carbon home. Other schemes have been designed to meet level 3 and 4 requirements.
