Awards and achievements

Over the last 20 years, we are proud to have received a series of awards in recognition of our designs and achievements.

Our most important achievement though, is seeing our buildings come to life when residents move in and begin to enjoy living, working, learning, socialising and caring in the schemes we have created.  Here is a selection of projects that we have won accolades for locally and nationally.

Entries by Croft Goode’s John Bridge and Chris Blake in a competition run by The Architect’s Journal.

Winning entry for Tuti Fruiti House:

A design by Chris Blake from Croft Goode was one of the winning entries in a competition that seeks to have the designs built by 2010.

National Institute of Mental Health in England – Integrated Health & Social Care Planning Award 2005:

Blackpool Civic Trust Award 2002 for Williams Lyons House, Blackpool:

On behalf of Five Piers Housing Association (Part of  Manchester Methodist Housing Association).

New Emergency and Move-on accommodation for rough sleepers in Blackpool.

Building Control Award 2002 for Lord Street, Fleetwood:

On behalf of the Wyre Housing Association.

New build offices and local area office together with ten general needs apartments for the elderly.

Chosen by Wyre Borough Council.

1996 to2000

Building Control Award 2000 for Duddon Avenue, Fleetwood:

On behalf of the Wyre Housing Association.

Building a new Special Needs Bungalow.

Chosen by Wyre Borough Council.

Civic Conservation Award 1997 for Pharos Place, Fleetwood:

On behalf of North British Housing Association.

Refurbishment of a Victorian building within the conservation area of Pharos Place, Fleewtood, to provide general needs housing.

Chosen by Wyre Borough Council.

1995

Civic Conservation Award 1995 for Willows Church, Kirkham:

Restoration work to St. John the Evangelist Church originally by A.W.N PUGIN – Client Roman Catholic Diocese of Lancaster.
