We believe educational buildings should not only encourage learning, but also promote a sense of community and enable young people to have fun.
We work collaboratively with education sector clients to deliver school, college and local authority projects that positively enhance learning and recreational experiences.
Whether designing new classroom blocks, extensions to existing school buildings, or refurbishing internal spaces, we believe our team of school architects can help to raise the aspirations of current students and attract new students in the future.
Productive partnerships with private, voluntary, independent and statutory agencies have enabled us to deliver a number of multi-use Children’s Centres under the government’s Sure Start scheme.
Library design is another area where we use our expertise to produce innovative solutions. Projects we have undertaken as part of the Lancashire Cultural Youth Offer have transformed libraries into vibrant and attractive recreational venues for 14 to 25 year olds.
