Commercial

The key design features of our commercial and industrial schemes are optimal use of space, minimal maintenance costs, high energy efficiency, and distinctive appearance.

Working closely with our business clients, we produce design briefs that accommodate all their operational requirements, while creating buildings that are sympathetic to local environments.

Our team of commercial architects have delivered a number of highly successful office building projects and industrial developments. We have also worked on schemes involving a mix of residential and commercial spaces. Much of our work has involved conservation areas and heritage sites. This experience means we are confident of creating commercially efficient schemes that fully comply with sensitive planning requirements.

Sustainable technology and environmental considerations are always at the forefront of our thinking when designing commercial & industrial buildings. Where possible, we employ a range of renewable technologies, such as ‘A’ rated heating systems, solar photovoltaics and rainwater harvesting.
